Vision France

This weekend the “Open De France” took place in Paris, with most of the best French teams including Icon, Influence and Carnage. VISION took home the title after battling for 2 long days under the sun. The Championship took place on two Astroturf fields operated by Team Scalp, a fellow DYE team, in the city of Saulx-les-Charteux. The Mayor of the City presented the awards and representatives for the National Sports Council were also in attendance.

Angry Fish Madrid

No.1 Nexus fans and Spain’s craziest team, Angry Fish, win the Madrid X-Ball League. Played in wind and rain that would have made you think you were in the UK, Angry Fish played some solid paintball to lift the trophy.

Leire Goeikola (she isn’t the teams mascot by the way but one of the teams full on killers) said that her DM8 was “LOOOOOOOooooooovely!”

In English that translates to; “I was very happy with my DM8. It didn’t skip a beat all weekend even in the terrible weather we had. I would highly recommend picking one up!”

Congrats guys!
Keep up the good work

PRESS RELEASE: DYE Europe sign French team, TONTON to Multi-Year Sponsorship Agreement

Monday, May 12th, 2008

Croydon, United Kingdom (May 2008) – Dye Precision Limited, today announced the signing of professional paintball team TONTON to a multi-year agreement.

European Champions, French Champions, 2006 CPL Champions and more than 15 years as a top team on the National and International paintball Scene…TONTON is proud to announce that they have joined the DYE family.

Having been a loyal and trusted team who has represented their sponsors to the full since the beginning, TONTON felt that it was time for a change. For us DYE represents the ultimate in product quality at every level but also in the support and the trust they put in the their teams. It is a new challenge and we are sure that we will rise to it.

With Fabrice Poujade (DYE Europe) a valued contact, all our needs will be taken care of and with DYE Precision’s full range of products, we feel that we are ready to continue with our current and future goals.

TONTON is not only a famous professional team known all over the world; it’s also knowledge and an experience that we have acquired during 15 years at the top level. Experience that we share with DYE. Today DYE is the only manufacturer able to support the Club TONTONS, with its new young future stars. DYE is not only supporting the team but the entire club TONTON and in doing so, the development of French paintball.

This agreement with DYE and TONTON fits exactly with the goals of the club and will be a fantastic base to develop new players and new teams.

Watch out for TONTON shooting the DM8 and wearing DYE playing gear at many events across Europe and the World!

Franck Mouren

Jeff Abbott of DYE Europe says:

We are honoured that TONTON has decided to start a new era with DYE. They are one of the most respected teams in paintball and have all the qualities that we look for when searching for teams with the same love for the game that we have. They play with heart and play to win; it is an ethos that DYE also holds true. Welcome to the family.
